Cancellation Policy  

 

At Divasdetail, operated by Trendora Firm, we aim to provide a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. In this policy, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Trendora Firm, while “you,” “your,” and “user” refer to our valued customers. We understand that purchase decisions may change, and you may occasionally need to cancel an order. The details of our cancellation process are outlined below. 

Order Cancellation Before Shipment 

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it is shipped, whichever occurs first. 

To initiate a cancellation request, please contact our customer support team via email. 

If your order qualifies for cancellation, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. 

Orders Already Shipped 

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. However, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. 

Order Modification 

At this time, modifications to items or delivery addresses are not permitted after an order is placed. If eligible, you must cancel the order and submit a new one.
