By placing an order on our website, you agree to the return and refund terms outlined below. Should you need to return an item, the conditions are clearly detailed for your convenience. 

Eligibility for Returns 

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. 

  • All tags, labels, and boxes must be returned in their original state. 
     
  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered in any manner are not eligible for return. 
     
  • Return requests must be made within 48 hours from the date of delivery. To begin the return process, please contact our customer service team within this period. 
     
  • Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for return. 
     

How to Initiate a Return 

Step 1: Submit a Request 
Email your return request along with your Order ID and the reason for return to trendorafirm@gmail.com. 

Step 2: Provide Supporting Photos 
If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include clear photographs showing the issue to help speed up processing. 

Step 3: Follow Return Instructions 
Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return. 

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not comply with our return policy. 

Refund Process & Timeline 

After receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm compliance with return conditions. You will be informed whether your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been completed. 

Partial Refund Guidelines 

If an item only partially meets the return conditions, such as in cases of minor damage or missing packaging, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion. 

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product 

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery. Share clear photos or videos of the issue via email to assist us in resolving the matter promptly.
